Set in the heart of the North Yorkshire Dales, just off the village green in Reeth, the Arkleside Country Guest House offers stunning views across the Arkle beck which meanders down to meet one of England’s finest rivers, the Swale, as it flows through what is arguably the loveliest of the northern dales, Swaledale.

We have re-opened as a Country Guest House this summer with the intention of providing the same good quality accommodation in a friendly atmosphere for which the Arkleside Hotel has been well known for many years. 

The hotel couldn’t be better situated with its spectacular views across the surrounding moors and dales and being on the Coast to Coast walk it’s ideal for walking, touring or simply unwinding.

We look forward to welcoming guests who have stayed in the past as well as new visitors to Reeth.

The hotel is now under new ownership and is available for bookings.
